Terms & Conditions

By booking lessons with Evolve Driver Training, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. General
Evolve Driver Training provides professional driving tuition for learner drivers and trainee driving instructors (PDI/ADI training).
All instructors operate in accordance with DVSA regulations.
Booking a lesson confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Lesson Bookings & Payments
•All lessons must be paid in advance.
•Block bookings must be paid in full to qualify for discounted rates.
•Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price increase will not affect prepaid lessons.
•Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
•A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
•Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
•If you fail to attend a booked lesson, the full lesson fee will be charged.
•If an instructor cancels a lesson, it will be rearranged at no extra cost.
Exceptions may be made in genuine emergencies at management discretion.
4. Lateness
•If a pupil is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
•If the instructor is late, the lost time will be added to the lesson or rearranged.
5. Refund Policy
•Block booking payments are non-refundable once lessons have commenced.
•Refunds (where agreed) may be subject to an admin fee.
•No refunds will be issued for unused lessons without valid reason.
•Deposits are non-refundable.
Refund decisions are at the discretion of Evolve Driver Training management.
6. Block Bookings
•Block bookings must be used within 3 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
•Unused hours after expiry will not be refunded.
•Block bookings are non-transferable.
7. Driving Test Bookings
•Pupils are responsible for booking their own practical and theory tests unless agreed otherwise.
•Evolve Driver Training is not responsible for test cancellations by DVSA.
•If a pupil cancels a test and a lesson was booked for that time without sufficient notice, normal cancellation charges apply.
•Car hire charge for test day must be agreed in advance and paid before the test date.
8. Fitness to Drive
Pupils must:
•Hold a valid provisional or full UK driving licence.
•Inform the instructor of any medical conditions or changes.
•Be fit to drive (no alcohol, drugs, or medication affecting ability).
Lessons will be terminated immediately if a pupil is deemed unsafe to drive.
No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
9. Instructor Substitution
Evolve Driver Training reserves the right to allocate a different instructor if necessary (e.g. illness, holidays, scheduling).
10. Behaviour & Conduct
Evolve Driver Training operates a zero-tolerance policy towards:
•Abuse or aggression
•Discrimination
•Harassment
•Inappropriate behaviour
Lessons may be terminated immediately without refund.
11. Instructor Training (PDI/ADI)
For instructor training packages:
•Training hours must be completed within the agreed timeframe.
•Test fees included in packages cover one attempt per stage only (if applicable to package).
•Additional training is charged at the agreed hourly rate.
•Contracts (if applicable under Silver/Bronze/Gold/platinum packages) apply only after qualification.
•Failure to complete agreed post-qualification contract will result in repayment of discounted training value.
Separate instructor training agreements may apply.
12. Referral Bonus Scheme
Referral bonuses apply only where:
•The referred person names the referrer at time of booking.
•The qualifying criteria (e.g. 10 hours completed or 3 months instructor contract) are met.
•Bonuses are paid as lesson credit, voucher, or bank transfer as advertised.
•No self-referrals permitted.
Evolve Driver Training reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time.
13. Data Protection
All personal information is stored securely and used solely for lesson administration and communication purposes in line with UK GDPR regulations.
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent unless legally required.
14. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure safety and professionalism:
•Evolve Driver Training is not liable for test results.
•We are not responsible for external delays (traffic, weather, DVSA cancellations).
•Pupils are responsible for following instructor guidance during lessons.
15. Amendments
Evolve Driver Training reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
